Key Responsibilities:
• Liaised with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, administrators, and education/health professionals. • Assisted the Deputy Collector (Nodal Officer - ADC) in crafting a comprehensive report on Aspirational District Program indicators. • Designed and executed education, Health & Nutrition, and Environment campaigns, facilitated workshops with DIET & District team, and conducted capacity building for educational, Health & Nutrition leaders. • Implemented a Virtual Campaign for "Surakshit Ham Surakshit Tum Abhiyan," supporting 2500+ families with 600+ volunteers and 3 NGO partners, contributing to increased vaccination rates among 1.5Lac+ people. • Executed "Saksham Bitiya Abhiyan," overseeing 320 volunteers, running 20 Mohalla classes, and empowering 450+ girls through SEEL education. • Planned and executed district-level campaigns for ECCE in 50 Anganwadis & FLN in 131 schools, providing resources like Smart TVs, Pendrives, TLMs, and Hindi Gondi Workbooks for activity-based learning. • Conducted Joint Field visits with various stakeholders to monitor the campaign on the ground level. • Collaborated with local NGOs, youth, media, faith leaders, PRIs, and SHGs for community-driven initiatives. • Led a team of Volunteers & Co-fellows, emphasizing their professional growth and successful campaign implementation. • Delivered Monthly Progress Reports to the District Collector during Review Meetings. • One Month Community Immersion to understand the livelihood and culture of tribal Communities.
